These terms govern use of OrderRelay ("the app"), a service that relays purchase-confirmation emails from a connected Gmail mailbox into a merchant's own systems. By connecting a Gmail account to OrderRelay, you agree to these terms.
OrderRelay reads a connected mailbox for messages from a specific, pre-configured purchase-notification sender, extracts order details from matching messages, and forwards them to the merchant's configured systems. It does not send mail, modify mail, or delete mail on your behalf.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the mailbox you connect and for ensuring you have the right to connect it to this service. You may disconnect the mailbox at any time from your Google Account's third-party access settings.
OrderRelay is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that every purchase email will be detected or parsed correctly, and we are not liable for missed, delayed, or duplicated order data arising from Gmail API availability, malformed emails, or similar factors outside our control.
We may update these terms or the service from time to time. Continued use of OrderRelay after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
